Baby Blocks

| I made these for a baby shower my mom was going to at a school meeting. I personally don't like how these turned out. I had 45 minutes to frost 12 blocks. On top the designs are a star, the letter A, a bear face, flower, the numbers 1,2, and 3, and another bear face. |

| These have the number 1, the number 2, the letter C, the number 3, the letter B, and a heart. |

Last Beginner Wilton Class Cake

| This is the cake I made at my last Wilton Beginner Cake class at Michaels. I have some bright yellow roses with some tye-die drop flowers. I put all my supplies away and then I realized I didn't make any leaves for the roses, but I know how to do those so it was alright. |

| Here is a close up of my roses. For my first time making roses I think I did alright. You can also see some of the drop flowers I made. I make a bunch of those ahead of time and placed them on the cake at class. |

Daddy Daughter Cupcakes

| The elementary school I went to was having a Daddy-Daughter Dance. My mom told them I was going to make cupcakes for them. The cupcakes had pink flowers with green leaves. |

Fish Cake!

| So for the month of February I've been taking a Wilton Cake Class at my local Michaels. For the second week I had to bring in a cake, filling, and frosting. By the end of class this is what I walked out with! |

| I made Red Velvet cake. And the filling is vanilla pudding that turned red from the cake. |

Dallas' Birthday Cake 2010

| Ok, this cake was also a fun cake to put together. Dallas races a mini-cup(half scale of a Nascar) and he told me that is what he wanted his cake to look like. So i got a few pictures and went off of that! For the window it's grey frosting in a plastic bag, and I taped a picture of him in his car on it. The wheels are cookies. |

| Because this was his first year racing he had a "Rookie" strip on the back of his car. So with frosting put that on. |

| According to Dallas it's all the 48's fault that the crash happened so that car is on fire. |

| My yougest brother Dallas has his birthday right before Halloween. So that was incorporated in this cake. And our family is Nascar freaks so that's always part of his cakes. I made an "8" track with some candy cars going around the cake. In the middle is a pumpkin(Batch of 24 cupcakes and only used 2 on the cake) which I guess one of the cars ran into. in the back is a "Nascar" candle on a cupcake. |

My Birthday Cake Hamburgers! 2010

| Alright for my 13th Birthday Party I made individual hamburgers. I bought some 4" pans and make yellow cake in them. Alfer those cooled I cut them in half. And for the meat I made a thin layer of chocolate and let that cook. I also made some fondant cheese and pickles, and some sprinkles made onions. Oh and in ketchup and mustard squeeze bottles were frosting! This was probably the best all year. |
