Fish Cake!

So for the month of February I've been taking a Wilton Cake Class at my local Michaels.  For the second week I had to bring in a cake, filling, and frosting. By the end of class this is what I walked out with!

I made Red Velvet cake. And the filling is vanilla pudding that turned red from the cake.

Valentine Cupcake with My Friends

So this morning 2 of my friends and I decided to make cupcakes. And so this is what we did! The whole plate of cupcakes is frosted by me :)

All of these. I used a Wilton 18 tip for everything.

Justin Bieber Cake!

This is a Justin Bieber cake I made for my friend Brianna's 14th Birthday.

I made the figure out of Candy Melts and the head is just a printed picture. And the lights my mom made for the stage.

And I put a picture of Brianna in the crowd of M&M's.

Dallas' Birthday Cake 2010

Ok, this cake was also a fun cake to put together. Dallas races a mini-cup(half scale of a Nascar) and he told me that is what he wanted his cake to look like. So i got a few pictures and went off of that! For the window it's grey frosting in a plastic bag, and I taped a picture of him in his car on it. The wheels are cookies.

Because this was his first year racing he had a "Rookie" strip on the back of his car.  So with frosting put that on.

Dallas' Birthday Cake 2009

 According to Dallas it's all the 48's fault that the crash happened so that car is on fire.

My yougest brother Dallas has his birthday right before Halloween. So that was incorporated in this cake. And our family is Nascar freaks so that's always part of his cakes. I made an "8" track with some candy cars going around the cake. In the middle is a pumpkin(Batch of 24 cupcakes and only used 2 on the cake) which I guess one of the cars ran into. in the back is a "Nascar" candle on a cupcake.

My Birthday Cake Hamburgers! 2010

Alright for my 13th Birthday Party I made individual hamburgers. I bought some 4" pans and make yellow cake in them. Alfer those cooled I cut them in half. And for the meat I made a thin layer of chocolate and let that cook. I also made some fondant cheese and pickles, and some sprinkles made onions. Oh and in ketchup and mustard squeeze bottles were frosting! This was probably the best all year.
